Allen and Brown is a forward thinking Planned and Responsive Repairs Contractor working with Property Management Companies across London and the South East. We are continuing to establish ourselves as leading providers of comprehensive services comprising responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance and refurbishment within Block and Estate Properties. With in this service we incorporate retrofit environmental solutions including installation of renewable technologies aligned to the New Green Deal.

We offer extensive services covering London and the South East, but specialising in block and estate properties our company and staff are in the best position to offer reactive repairs and comprehensive planned maintenance to achieve the best possible maintenance program for each individual property.

As a company we constantly undertake inhouse and external training to keep our teams focused on the highest level of service and provide employment opportunities in conjunction with our full range of design, refurbishment and construction services which, together, contribute to improving our services and your properties.
